Men n\u00e4r dygnsrytmen inte fungerar, som vid jetlag eller \u00e5rstidsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, kan m\u00e5nga bli p\u00e5verkade och drabbas av en \u00e5rstidsbunden depression.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/octean.se\/senaste-nytt\/hostdepression\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">L\u00c4S MER: H\u00f6stdepression<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p><h3>Varf\u00f6r p\u00e5verkas vissa och andra inte?<\/h3><p>Varf\u00f6r vissa drabbas av v\u00e5rdepression och andra inte, vet man inte riktigt. En teori \u00e4r att det kan ha med v\u00e5rt <a href=\"https:\/\/octean.se\/senaste-nytt\/melatonin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">s\u00f6mnhormon melatonin\u00a0att<\/a> g\u00f6ra, som faktiskt styr v\u00e5r dygnsrytm. Det kan dock vara sv\u00e5rt att sj\u00e4lv kunna avg\u00f6ra om det r\u00f6r sig om en depression.<\/p><p>En vanlig depression brukar inte f\u00f6lja \u00e5rstiderna. Det inneb\u00e4r att du helt enkelt inte m\u00e5r bra, oavsett tid p\u00e5 \u00e5ret. Vad en depression beror p\u00e5 kan vara olika f\u00f6r olika personer.<\/p><p>Ungef\u00e4r 15 procent av m\u00e4nnen och 20 procent av kvinnorna riskerar att insjukna i depression i n\u00e5got skede av livet.<\/p><p>Nedan listar vi symtom f\u00f6r v\u00e5rdepression och vanlig depression. Du k\u00e4nner att du befinner dig i en negativ sinnesst\u00e4mning och spiral.
