N\u00e4r du bara \u00e4tit mat med l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5er av FODMAP under n\u00e5gra veckor borde du k\u00e4nna att magen m\u00e5r bra. Om inte kanske du fortfarande \u00e4ter n\u00e5got som din mage inte t\u00e5l. Men om magen m\u00e5r bra kan du testa att b\u00f6rja \u00e4ta ett specifikt lisvmedel igen. Det kan till exempel vara att du b\u00f6rjar \u00e4ta vanligt br\u00f6d, eller b\u00f6rjar dricka mj\u00f6lk med laktos.
