Vi l\u00e4mnar h\u00f6sten bakom oss och fyller tillvaron med ljus, gl\u00f6ggkv\u00e4llar och mysiga stunder med pynt och god mat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Men julen kan ocks\u00e5 inneb\u00e4ra stress och negativa spiraler hos m\u00e5nga. Allt som ska fixas, och den d\u00e4r stunden n\u00e4r granen ska kl\u00e4s blev inte alls lika harmonisk och lustfylld som du hade t\u00e4nkt dig. Saknar du din positiva sinnesst\u00e4mning? Dra av kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och r\u00f6r i lite i taget av mj\u00f6let.
