G\u00f6r en checklista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du har eventuella m\u00e5sten som du vill och beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 gjort i jul, lista upp dem i god tid. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis f\u00e5r du god \u00f6versikt \u00f6ver det som ska g\u00f6ras och kan beta av dina m\u00e5sten allt eftersom. D\u00e5 slipper du den d\u00e4r panikstressen som l\u00e4tt kan infalla dagarna innan jul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Delegera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta inte p\u00e5 dig alla uppgifter sj\u00e4lv. Se \u00f6ver vilka som kan delas ut p\u00e5 andra i s\u00e4llskapet som ska fira tillsammans! Om du har barn s\u00e5 kan du ge dem uppgifter som exempelvis pynt och paketinslagning. G\u00f6r bara det som k\u00e4nns lustfyllt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte ett m\u00e5ste att griljera sin egen julskinka, rulla sina egna k\u00f6ttbullar eller damma varenda h\u00f6rn i hemmet. Sl\u00e4pp p\u00e5 kraven! Det g\u00e5r minst lika bra att exempelvis k\u00f6pa maten f\u00e4rdig. V\u00e5ga s\u00e4ga nej!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e5r du alltid uppgiften att g\u00f6ra Janssons Frestelse varje jul? Eller \u00e4r du den som alltid \u00e4r v\u00e4rd? Oavsett uppgift \u2013 orsakar den en stress hos dig, eller vill du inte i \u00e5r, v\u00e5ga s\u00e4ga nej till saker du varken k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r eller orkar med.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Handla p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e4sta tipset f\u00f6r att slippa ge dig ut och tr\u00e4ngas, svettas och fl\u00e4nga runt i julhandeln \u2013 handla p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet! Du slipper g\u00e5 utanf\u00f6r d\u00f6rren, slipper k\u00f6erna och kan i lugn och ro handla det mesta du beh\u00f6ver i julklappsv\u00e4g hemma fr\u00e5n soffan. P\u00e5 m\u00e5nga orter kan du till och med handla hem julmaten p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. G\u00f6r n\u00e5got helt annat\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026om stressen \u00e4nd\u00e5 faller sig p\u00e5! L\u00e4gg eventuella krav \u00e5t sidan en stund och sl\u00e4ng dig i soffan framf\u00f6r en bra film med n\u00e5gon du tycker om. Stresshormonerna i blodet minskar, du f\u00e5r en trevlig stund och har sedan l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r att ta upp uppgifterna igen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
