Men f\u00e5r inte kroppen den \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningen, och du stressar under en l\u00e4ngre tid, kommer kroppen till slut att signalera att allt inte st\u00e5r r\u00e4tt till. Det kanske mest v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda ordet f\u00f6r att beskriva tillst\u00e5ndet \u00e4r \u201dutbr\u00e4ndhet\u201d, men i v\u00e5rden anv\u00e4nds numera begreppet \u201dutmattningssyndrom\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00e4r \u00e4r 7 varningstecken p\u00e5 att du kan ligga i riskzonen f\u00f6r utmattningssyndrom:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0<\/strong>Du \u00e4r l\u00e4ttirriterad, k\u00e4nner oro och \u00e4r nedst\u00e4md.<br><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0Du gl\u00f6mmer bort saker, har sv\u00e5rt att koncentrera dig och planera samt genomf\u00f6ra uppgifter.<br><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Du sover d\u00e5ligt.
