Du kanske har h\u00f6rt att vita fl\u00e4ckar beror p\u00e5 kalciumbrist, men den vanligaste orsaken till vita fl\u00e4ckar p\u00e5 naglarna \u00e4r faktiskt s\u00e5 enkelt att du kan ha slagit i nageln, och f\u00e5tt en skada p\u00e5 den.<\/p>
Linjer av den h\u00e4r typen \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt vanligt, och helt normalt. Likt \u00e5lderstecken som fina linjer i ansiktet kan du f\u00e5 fina linjer p\u00e5 naglarna.<\/p>
Kan bero p\u00e5 brist av kisel, kalcium och magnesium<\/a>. D\u00e5 kan du ha nytta av ett kosttillskott<\/a> f\u00f6r h\u00e5r, hud och naglar.
