Om du \u00e4r tr\u00e4ningsvan s\u00e5 kan du beh\u00f6va ge dig ut p\u00e5 en joggingrunda eller cykla i ett h\u00f6gt tempo f\u00f6r att det ska k\u00e4nnas m\u00e5ttligt anstr\u00e4ngande.<\/p><h3>Vad \u00e4r en h\u00f6gt anstr\u00e4ngande aktivitet?<\/h3><p>Vuxna som utf\u00f6r en h\u00f6gt anstr\u00e4ngande aktivitet, rekommenderas g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 i minst 75-150 minuter per vecka. En aktivitet med h\u00f6g intensitet ger en markant \u00f6kning av puls och andning.
