– Jag upplever att det inte alls \u00e4r lika obekv\u00e4mt eller tabu att ber\u00e4tta om sina mag-tarmproblem idag som det var f\u00f6r 10 \u00e5r sedan n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade jobba med detta. Att leva med IBS<\/a><\/span> och magproblem \u00e4r n\u00e5got Anette sj\u00e4lv har erfarenhet av. Redan i 20-\u00e5rs\u00e5ldern fick hon IBS-symtom och s\u00f6kte hj\u00e4lp f\u00f6r sina besv\u00e4r.<\/p>

– Jag har alltid haft ett stort h\u00e4lsointresse, och n\u00e4r jag sj\u00e4lv fick IBS-symtom som ung och inte fick s\u00e5 mycket hj\u00e4lp i den vanliga v\u00e5rden s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjade jag testa mig fram f\u00f6r att hitta olika v\u00e4gar f\u00f6r att minska mina magbesv\u00e4r, ber\u00e4ttar Anette.<\/p>

N\u00e4stan en femtedel av Sveriges befolkning har magbesv\u00e4r som kan kopplas till IBS<\/a>. Tecken p\u00e5 att du har IBS kan till exempel vara att din mage k\u00e4nns svullen, att du har magkramper<\/a>, diarr\u00e9 eller ofta blir f\u00f6rstoppad. D\u00e5 kan du uppleva en ordentlig sm\u00e4rta som g\u00f6r ont i tarmarna. M\u00e5nga med IBS kan med hj\u00e4lp av olika insatser minska sina symtom och besv\u00e4r.<\/p>

– Men jag vet knappt n\u00e5gon med en IBS-diagnos som blir helt symtomfri resten av livet. \u00c4ven jag kan drabbas av magbesv\u00e4r ibland, men med r\u00e4tt behandling och livsstil s\u00e5 har jag minskat symtomen enormt och kan leva utan att oroa mig, f\u00f6rklarar Anette.<\/p>
