H\u00e4r g\u00e5r vi igenom vad klimakteriet inneb\u00e4r f\u00f6r kroppen, vilka besv\u00e4r du kan f\u00e5 fysiskt och psykiskt och ger tips l\u00e4ngs v\u00e4gen. <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Vad \u00e4r klimakteriet?<\/h2>\n<p>Klimakteriet kan vara en k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssig sorg f\u00f6r vissa kvinnor n\u00e4r man inte l\u00e4ngre kan f\u00e5 barn och livet g\u00e5r in i en ny fas, medan andra firar att tiden med mens, <a href=\"https:\/\/octean.se\/senaste-nytt\/pms-pmds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PMS<\/a> och oro \u00f6ver att bli gravid \u00e4ntligen \u00e4r f\u00f6rbi. Att p\u00e5 ett kort och koncist s\u00e4tt f\u00f6rklara vad klimakteriet \u00e4r blir d\u00e4rf\u00f6r sv\u00e5rt. Alla kvinnor upplever den perioden i sina liv olika, b\u00e5de k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt och fysiskt med de f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som sker i kroppen.<\/p>\n<p>Cirka 75 procent av alla kvinnor upplever besv\u00e4r under klimakteriet. F\u00f6r vissa kvinnor blir dessa symtom riktigt jobbiga och kan p\u00e5verka vardagen negativt.<\/p>\n<h2>Orsaker till klimakteriet<\/h2>\n<p>Klimakteriet kallas den period d\u00e5 kvinnan f\u00e5r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade bl\u00f6dningsm\u00f6nster (mens) och \u00e4ndrad hormonproduktion. Det handlar allts\u00e5 om att kroppen ser till att kvinnan inte l\u00e4ngre kan bli gravid, vilken kan upplevas som en stor sorg f\u00f6r en del kvinnor.<\/p>\n<p>Klimakteriet delas ofta upp i tre olika steg. F\u00f6rklimakteriet<\/h3><p>F\u00f6rklimakteriet \u00e4r tiden strax innan klimakteriet. Perioden brukar ocks\u00e5 kallas f\u00f6r premenopaus eller perimenopaus. D\u00e5 sker inte \u00e4gglossningen lika regelbundet och du kan vara mindre fertil \u00e4n tidigare. Det brukar beskrivas som tiden strax innan och runt sista g\u00e5ngen du f\u00e5r mens. Detta b\u00f6rjar i genomsnitt fyra \u00e5r \u00e5r innan du g\u00e5r in i n\u00e4sta fas, menopaus. F\u00f6r de flesta b\u00f6rjar den senare delen av f\u00f6rklimakteriet n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng mellan 45 och 50 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder.<\/p><h4>Symtom &#8211; f\u00f6rklimakteriet<\/h4><ul><li>Stora hormonf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar<\/li><li>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade bl\u00f6dningsm\u00f6nster. Du kan till exempel f\u00e5 mens t\u00e4tare \u00e4n vanligt eller glesare \u00e4n vanligt.<\/li><li>Hum\u00f6rsv\u00e4ngningar. Det g\u00e4ller b\u00e5de vilka typer av besv\u00e4r du f\u00e5r och hur starka besv\u00e4ren \u00e4r.<\/p><p>Symtomen uppst\u00e5r f\u00f6r att din kropp har en obalans mellan \u00f6strogen och progesteron. N\u00e4r \u00e4ggstockarna b\u00f6rjar fungera mindre effektivt och \u00e4gglossningarna blir glesare s\u00e5 sjunker progesteronniv\u00e5n i kroppen. D\u00e5 blir ofta \u00f6strogenet lite f\u00f6r h\u00f6gt, vilket du kan k\u00e4nna av i form av de symtom som listats ovan.<\/p><p>N\u00e5got som s\u00e4rskilt k\u00e4nnetecknar f\u00f6rklimakteriet \u00e4r att dina hormoner kan svaja rej\u00e4lt. M\u00e5nga som f\u00e5r symtom brukar beskriva det som att de inte riktigt k\u00e4nner igen sig sj\u00e4lva under den h\u00e4r perioden. Kanske kopplar du inte ens ditt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade hum\u00f6r till f\u00f6rklimakteriet. Genomsnitts\u00e5ldern i Sverige \u00e4r 51 \u00e5r.<\/p><h4>Symptom vid klimakteriet<\/h4><p>Under den h\u00e4r tiden kan m\u00e5nga kvinnor uppleva kraftiga besv\u00e4r, b\u00e5de psykiskt och fysiskt.
