Det vanligaste \u00e4r att man f\u00e5r besv\u00e4r under den m\u00f6rka \u00e5rstiden fr\u00e5n oktober till mars &#8211; det \u00e4r detta som vi kallar en h\u00f6st- eller vinterdepression.<\/p><p>Enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se\/livsvillkor-levnadsvanor\/psykisk-halsa-och-suicidprevention\/statistik-psykisk-halsa\/\" target=\"_blank\">folkh\u00e4lsomyndigheten<\/a> \u00e4r det mellan 5-8 procent av alla svenskar som f\u00e5r s\u00e5 starka symtom att de drabbas en \u00e5rstidsbunden depression.
